As Southwark Council’s development partner, Lend Lease was selected to carry out the regeneration of over 28 acres across three sites at the heart of Elephant & Castle, in what is the last major regeneration opportunity in zone 1 London. The vision for the £1.5 billion regeneration is to build on the area’s strengths and character in order to re-establish Elephant & Castle as one of London’s most flourishing urban quarters.
